Role: Desktop Support L2 Experience: 2+years Location: Gurugram Salary: 28k ctc JD: Provide Level 2 desktop support for users onsite and remotely. Manage and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365 , and enterprise applications. Handle SCCM deployments – software installation, patch management, OS imaging, task sequences, and client health checks. Monitor and resolve DLP (Data Loss Prevention) alerts in coordination with the Information Security team. Assist in enforcing and auditing compliance with IT policies, GPOs, and endpoint security protocols . Provide support for O365 services : Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and licensing-related issues. Troubleshoot hardware (laptops, desktops, printers) and mobile device issues. Respond to incidents and service requests via ticketing system within SLA timelines. Perform regular system health checks, inventory audits, and assist in internal IT audits. Coordinate with L3 / vendors for advanced issues or escalations. Maintain documentation for configurations, user guides, and technical SOPs. Warm regards Dixita Uppal dixita@raspl.com
