Purpose of Position:
As a Data Analyst, this role requires a candidate who is enthusiastic about data and driven to help solve the organisation’s analytics challenges. As a member of the team, you will support our clients on their data and analytics journey by analyzing data, identifying trends, and generating insights to drive informed decision-making. You will also work on improving data consistency and ensuring that the necessary infrastructure and pipelines are in place to support analytics platforms.
Key Result Areas and Activities:
Data Analysis and Interpretation: Aggregate, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that address key business challenges.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization through data analysis, recommending improvements based on findings.
Reporting and Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels. Present data-driven insights through compelling visualizations and narratives to support decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external clients to understand their analytics needs and deliver tailored solutions. Communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
