Candidate Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduation & UG with 9 months of customer care Exp.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a travel-based BPO environment(Preferred) or with a premium Travel process
Skill Set: C1 level communication
Process Type:
Voice
Shifts:
24x7 rotational
(Candidates must be comfortable with night shifts)
Week Offs:
Rotational
Cab Facility:
One-side cab during odd hours
(window: 7 PM 6 AM)
Process Operating Hours:
8:30 AM to 8:30 PM
