As a part in the Consultancy Department at Lochan & Co., you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and assistance to clients across various sectors. Your primary duties will include preparing proposals, executing projects, reporting to clients, and ensuring effective follow-up to maintain client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing Proposals:

  • Develop comprehensive proposals outlining approach and methodology for projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights to tailor proposals to meet client needs.
  • Ensure proposals are well-structured, concise, and aligned with client objectives and company standards.

Executing Projects:

  • Manage project execution from initiation to completion, adhering to agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and assessments related to assigned projects.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and solutions to address client challenges and objectives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and subject matter experts, to ensure project milestones are achieved effectively.

Reporting to Clients:

  • Prepare and deliver progress reports, status updates, and project deliverables to clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate project findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively to key stakeholders.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to maintain strong client relationships.

Follow-up with Clients:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for additional services or support that could benefit clients.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to explore potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
