Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to drive business growth by engaging dealers and distributors through calls, email campaigns, and regular follow-ups using CRM tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the lead pipeline, generating qualified queries, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to dealers/distributors from a pre-defined database to introduce our product offerings.
• Perform regular follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities.
• Update and manage all lead-related activities within the CRM system (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
• Execute targeted email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to generate interest and responses.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely sharing of catalogues, product brochures, and presentations.
• Generate weekly reports on lead status, communication efforts, and overall campaign performance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, inside sales, or CRM-based lead follow-up.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Marketing background preferred).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Tools Knowledge:
• CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot)
• Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Gmail Campaigns, etc.)
• Personal Traits: Goal-oriented, self-driven, well-organized, and team-friendly.
