Roles & Responsibilities – 1. Lead Counselling & Conversion • Engage with pre-qualified leads generated through marketing channels. • Counsel prospective learners on program benefits, career outcomes, and admission processes. • Drive conversions by handling objections, building trust, and showcasing program value. 2. Sales Closures • Own the complete sales funnel from prospecting to closing. • Coordinate with the academic counselling or field sales team to assist in deal finalization. 2. Relationship Building • Build long-term rapport with potential learners through consistent follow-ups. • Maintain high levels of empathy and professionalism in every interaction. 3. CRM & Reporting • Log all interactions in CRM tools with high accuracy. • Track performance metrics and share regular updates with the leadership team. Cross-functional Coordination • Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to optimize strategies. Ideal Candidate Profile • Experience: 1–6 years of ed-tech/online higher education sales experience. • Sales DNA: Target-driven, persuasive, and resilient.
