Level: At least 7 years Location: NKP, Mumbai Package: Open Direct Responsibilities:  Interactions with SPOC’s (User representative)  Drive Project goals and communication with the SPOC and users  Understand the user requirements and interpret the same with the technical team for implementation  Documentation and process definition related to day to day work  Generate various status reports, gap analysis documentation and dashboards for monitoring and tracking. Technical & Behavioral Competencies 1. Excel Knowledge along with VBA and macros 2. Basic understanding of RDBMS concepts and should be able to write SQL queries. 3.
