Key Responsibilities:

• Capture business problems, drivers, and translate requirements into functional solutions
• Model current and future state

  processes

  ,

  data flows

  , and

  system interactions

• Document and trace requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and software vendors to define system capabilities
• Configure and document software and workflows using standard tools
• Define acceptance criteria, lead UAT, and ensure alignment to business needs
• Drive stakeholder engagement, run design workshops, and lead analysis activities
• Support benefit realization for strategic programs delivering over $150M in projected impact

Must-Have Skills:

• 4–7 years of experience in

  IT Business Analysis

• Strong understanding of

  Agile methodologies

  and experience working in Agile teams
• Domain expertise in

  Oil & Gas

  ,

  Trading & Supply

  , and related business processes
• Experience with

  systems engineering

  ,

  data/process modeling

  , and

  business case development

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Engineering, etc.)
