Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes for EV battery line manufacturing

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IATF16949, ISO 9001)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential quality risks

Analyze and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures

Develop and maintain quality metrics, reporting to senior management

Oversee quality control processes for vehicle assembly, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Develop, implement, and maintain process control plans, work instructions, and quality standard

Conduct regular quality audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues, improve processes, and optimize efficiency

Develop and maintain quality metrics, reporting to senior management

Ideal Candidate

BE or Diploma graduate in Mechanical Engineering

5 to 7 years of experience in Automotive OEM companies in the field of EV

Hands on experience shop-floor condition of manufacturing process,quality

Knowledge & experiences in Inspection, GD&T, Acceptance criteria, PFMEA, quality core tools, continuous improvement & LEAN

Good experiences in MS office, Power-point and Google sheet & good communication skills SAP knowledge
