Ltd. is looking for Senior Application Analyst to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journeyApplication Support: Providing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving software-related problems to ensure uninterrupted operation of applications.System Maintenance: Managing and maintaining the applications by applying updates, patches, and upgrades to improve performance and security.Requirements Analysis: Collaborating with business users to understand their requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and recommending solutions or enhancements to meet those needs.Testing and Quality Assurance: Conducting testing procedures, including functional and user acceptance testing, to ensure applications meet quality standards and perform as expected.Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation such as user guides, technical specifications, and manuals for applications to facilitate understanding and usage.Training and User Education: Providing training sessions and guidance to users on how to effectively utilize and maximize the benefits of applications.Vendor Collaboration: Liaising with software vendors or third-party providers for issue resolution, software updates, and to stay updated with new features or solutions.Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing application data, generating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes within the organization.Security and Compliance: Ensuring applications adhere to security protocols, compliance standards, and data privacy regulations.
