Rotational off. Job description: We are looking for a Recruitment associate to join our Talent Acquisition team and help candidates complete their application, perform screening of candidates, schedule/reschedule their first day and share first day details with new employees. This will involve interact with candidates via email, phone call, instant messaging. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve candidate’s queries and complete job application. • Respond to candidate’s queries over email/text. • Resolve queries on a ticketing platform. Knowledge of Service now will be added advantage • Ensure Customer Satisfaction Requirements: • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).-MUST • Proven work experience in an international contact center environment (preferably USA) in making/receiving calls. • Experience working and delivering under strict timeline. • Should have neutral accent • An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. • Agile and flexible with work schedule. (2-way cab) • Logical and analytical thought process. • Willing to work in any US shift (EST/CST/MST/PST).
