About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and goal-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our Inside Sales team for the Hospital-Based Fellowship Program vertical. This role focuses on engaging with doctors (MD/MS/DNB) and guiding them through our premium academic programs offered in collaboration with top hospitals across metro cities.

The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare or hospital sales, academic counselling, or medical ed-tech, with a deep understanding of doctor specializations and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to promote hospital-based fellowship programs.
• Counsel doctors based on their specialization, career goals, and eligibility criteria.
• Manage the end-to-end admission process, including document collection, onboarding support, and counselling follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates on CRM tools regarding leads, interactions, and closures.
• Collaborate with operations, academic, and support teams to ensure smooth enrolment and onboarding.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly enrolment targets through a consultative sales approach.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 2–5 years in inside sales, hospital/healthcare sales, ed-tech, or medical counselling.
• Profile Knowledge: Strong understanding of doctor qualifications (MBBS, MD, MS, DNB) and specializations.
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Regional language knowledge is a plus.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle pressure, convert leads, follow up consistently, and close sales.
• Work Mode: Onsite role based in Hyderabad – must be comfortable working from the office.
• Preferred: Candidates with experience in selling healthcare training, academic courses, or medical programs.
