Handling queries over the telephone and converting leads into admissions will be a crucial part of your role. It is essential to record, maintain, and follow up on given leads, along with keeping track of telephonic and walk-in records for the day. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in any field and have proven sales experience, preferably in the education sector or a related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with a sales acumen that allows for influencing and persuading others effectively. A customer-centric mindset focused on delivering exceptional service is highly valued. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technology tools is required, along with a goal-oriented approach and a successful track record of achieving targets.,
