Search Engine Optimization Intern

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and creative SEO & Digital Marketing Intern to support our online presence and growth. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain practical experience in SEO, content creation, social media handling, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Perform keyword research and analysis
• Conduct technical SEO audits and prepare actionable reports
• Optimize website content for on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, etc.)
• Build backlinks through ethical off-page SEO techniques
• Optimize and maintain our Google My Business (GMB) profile for local SEO
• Monitor performance via Google Analytics and Search Console

Content Creation & Social Media Management:

• Create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop engaging Reels and short-form video content
• Write SEO-optimized blog posts, captions, and website content
• Assist in developing content calendars and scheduling posts

Reporting & Optimization:

• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports
• Analyze competitors and market trends
• Suggest improvements based on data and insights

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of SEO concepts (on-page, off-page, technical)
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Basic video editing skills (for Reels creation)
• Strong communication and content writing skills
• Attention to detail, creativity, and eagerness to learn
