Key Responsibilities Sell the company's pre-designed investment advisory packages. Conduct client meetings via video call or phone. Achieve monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Stay updated on market trends. Maintain daily records and reporting. Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Finance preferred). Fluent in Hindi or English and any regional language. Strong communication and sales skills. Ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of the Indian stock market. Disciplined and professional behavior. Salary & Growth Starting salary: (fixed + variable) for the first 6 months. Post 6 months: Eligible for promotions and salary hikes based on performance.
