Electrical system studies and conversant with short circuit, load flow & voltage drop calculations, transient stability, AC Switching studies, relay setting & protection coordination of the system, EHV cable sizing, Grounding. Should have worked on equipment sizing, specifications, MR preparation, technical bid evaluation and vendor print reviews of various electrical equipment, CB/CT/PTs, SCADA, Transformers, MV & LV Switchgears, DC systems / AC UPS, Cables, etc. Sag tension, bus bar sizing, DSLP etc. Coordinates engineering effort in assigned areas between specialty and other engineering groups or disciplines, with the client, suppliers, and contractors and between other groups. Understanding of engineering planning and control methods including computerized methods. Understanding of the roles played by other departments on projects including basic construction practices and the economics involved. Understanding of industry or regulatory codes and standards and design criteria pertinent to the engineering discipline. Skill in oral and written communication and writing technical reports.

The manager coordinates with clients, contractors and site engineers to achieve project goals while adhering to environmental and regulatory requirements . Key Responsibilities* 1. Project Planning & Design - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans for solar electrical installations . - Review electrical designs, PV system layouts, and technical specifications to ensure feasibility and compliance with codes (e.g., NEC, IEC) . 2. Execution & Supervision* - Oversee solar PV system installations, including Structure , panels, inverters, wiring, and grid connections . - Manage subcontractors, electricians, and technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and safety protocols (OSHA, NFPA) . - Conduct site inspections to resolve technical issues and mitigate risks (e.g., supply chain delays, weather) . 3.
