Role & responsibilities Design, develop, program, and maintain automation systems including PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems. Configure, integrate, and commission control systems for various industrial applications. Troubleshoot automation equipment and resolve operational issues promptly. Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure system reliability. Collaborate with engineering teams to create efficient, scalable automation solutions tailored to customer requirements. Prepare technical documentation such as system specifications, manuals, operational procedures, and project reports. Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices in industrial automation. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in industrial automation and controls. Proficiency in programming PLCs (Siemens, Delta, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or equivalent). Experience with SCADA systems (Wonderware, Ignition, FactoryTalk, etc.). Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
