The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production environments, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders from PSUs and government bodies. This position will be based in Jodhpur with bachelor accommodation provided. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Act as the key point of contact for business development and liaison with PSUs and local government authorities. 2. Provide hands-on support and problem-solving for issues arising at production sites within the state. 3. Lead and guide site teams with strong man-management skills to ensure smooth daily operations. 4. Prepare and submit weekly reports and operational updates to the Head Office in Mumbai. 5. Maintain and manage site inventory, ensuring accurate stock tracking and availability. 6. Coordinate with Head Office for procurement, vendor communication, and tendering processes. 7. Prepare budgets, estimations, and cost reports for approval and planning by HO. 8. Utilize technical knowledge in oil recovery processes (preferred, not mandatory). 9.
