Good knowledge on dashboard creation for Focused Insights

Troubleshooting skills to solve diagnostic agent , managed system setup, EWA, and any other topic related issues.

System Preparation, Managed system configuration, Technical monitoring and business process monitoring

CHARM in Solman 7.2.

Must have good working experience on other components of Solman system Admin and Monitoring, Remote Supportability, Solution Manager Work Centers

Performance Optimization of Systems connected to Solman System.

Solution Documentation, ITSM, ChaRM, CTS+, System Monitoring.

Wily EM Installation & configuration, EWA configuration

SAP Solution Manager System Installation and Upgrade

Diagnostic Agent and Wily Enterprise Manager Installation and Configuration

Good knowledge of Linux/Windows and SAP HANA and Oracle Databases
