Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP SolMan functionalities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various SolMan modules and a strong understanding of SAP landscapes and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) processes. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure SAP Solution Manager functionalities including: System Monitoring Business Process Monitoring Change Request Management (ChaRM) Test Suite IT Service Management (ITSM) Solution Documentation Integrate SolMan with other SAP and non-SAP systems. Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance of SolMan. Collaborate with SAP Basis, functional, and technical teams to ensure seamless operations. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders. Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides. Ensure compliance with IT governance and security standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in SAP with at least 3 years in SAP Solution Manager. Strong knowledge of SolMan 7.2 and its core functionalities. Experience with ChaRM, ITSM, and Test Suite is highly desirable. Familiarity with SAP Focused Build and Focused Insights is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. SAP certifications in SolMan or related modules are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration with SolMan. Experience in global SAP implementations or rollouts.
