SAP HCM Consultant

• Looking for SAP HCM consultant / Lead with expertise on SAP HCM modules – Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Positive and Negative Time Management.
• Collaboration with the team and business to design their needs, develop applications, perform required functional configurations in SAP.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application issues and provide end user guidance. Expected to lead the team as an SME.
• Perform Functional Unit test, assist in QA testing, and UAT testing. Performing Post Go-Live Activities.
• Work seamlessly with cross functional modules to ensure smooth conduct of integrations wherever required.
• Create Functional Specifications Documentations, Share requirement with ABAP teams for custom developments.
  

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficient and strong knowledge of SAP HCM OM, PA, Time modules (Time Management - Negative Time)
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Structure, Personnel Actions, Master Data configurations.
• Good Knowledge of Organizational Structure creation using Simple Maintenance, Expert mode etc.
• Strong Knowledge on OM object types - creation of custom objects, relationships between objects, evaluation path, Time Constraints.
• Experience of using standard OM reports to meet the business demands.
• Knowledge of Structural Authorizations ensuring access restrictions.
• Knowledge of configuration of FEATURES.
• Experience of performing year end activities like Quota creation, Holiday Calendar creation, carry forward activities.
