Analyze, design, test and implementation of new or changed business processes, consid-ering the existing environment and process landscape.
Responsible for resolution of tickets (incidents, standard & complex service requests) within agreed SLAs.
Responsible for implementation/enhancement project support as prioritize by the product.
Responsible for delivering standard process solutions and adaptions based on user requirements.
Support & Coordinate on topics with Integration with other modules.
Understand requirement & prepare functional specifications for development.
Ensure compliance with existing processes, promote continuous process improvement.
Support Key User and User on daily activities.
Close collaboration with Global IT.
Responsible for team/user empowerment with trainings, standard documentation etc.
Assuming personal responsibility & demonstrating reliability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum 3 years of professional experience into respective & allied modules
Experience working with integrations utilizing IDOC, RFC, FTP and interfaces
Proficient in configuration & customizations, managing change requests etc.
Knowledge and experience of working in an Agile framework
Experience working in a highly customized SAP environment or equivalent platform
Working experience with SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage
Domain Experience is an added advantage
Basic debugging skills is an added advantage
Knowledge of Mass data update and Data Migration tools
