Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant
Experience: 6 to 8 Years
Location: Bangalore
Job Type: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to lead configuration, enhancements, and support across key HR modules such as Performance Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:-Configure and support SAP HCM modules – PMS, Compensation & Benefits
-Work closely with global HR teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
-Develop reports and analytics to support HR, leadership, and business decisions
-Ensure data accuracy and compliance through audits and validations
-Support end-to-end implementation, UAT, and project migrations
-Analyze HR processes and suggest improvements using technology
Requirements:-Bachelor’s Degree (Science or related field)
-6–8 years of techno-functional experience in SAP HCM
-Strong knowledge in Global Compensation, Benefits, and PMS
-Experience with data setup, multi-geo configuration, and reporting
-Preferred: Experience in Core HR module
