Salesforce Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design on

  Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing)

  projects.
• Architect and implement solutions using

  Salesforce OmniStudio components

  including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and oversee implementation across teams.
• Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise standards, scalability, and best practices.
• Provide hands-on guidance for configuration, development, and integration across Salesforce modules.
• Work closely with developers, admins, and QA to ensure quality delivery.
• Drive solution reviews, technical documentation, and architecture governance.
• Support pre-sales efforts with solution demos, effort estimation, and proposals (if applicable).

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in

  Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing)

  .
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity)

  and its declarative tools.
• Deep understanding of

  Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud

  , and

  platform architecture

  .
• Solid knowledge of

  Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  , and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience in

  data modeling

  ,

  integration design

  , and

  performance optimization

  .
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Salesforce

  Architect certifications

  (Application / System / Technical Architect) preferred.
• OmniStudio Developer or Consultant certification is a plus.
