About the Role Buzzinga Co. is seeking detail-oriented Salesforce QA Engineers to ensure the quality and performance of our Salesforce solutions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to validate functionality through rigorous testing. Your contributions will directly impact the delivery of high-quality, bug-free Salesforce applications. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and functional specs to create comprehensive test plans and test cases Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce features and custom apps Log and track defects using Jira or equivalent tools Test across both Salesforce Classic and Lightning environments Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams for efficient issue resolution Maintain robust test coverage and reusable test scripts Use tools like Data Loader to set up and manage test data Required Skills & Experience 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce QA Engineer In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom components Experience testing in Salesforce Lightning Familiarity with SOQL and basic Apex testing practices Exposure to automation tools like Selenium, Provar, or similar (a plus) Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Administrator or QA-related certifications Experience with CI/CD tools and automated test frameworks Compensation We offer a competitive salary aligned with market standards .
