We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs.
Participate in testing, deployment, and support of Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills:

3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Visualforce.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred.
