Salesforce Business Development Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Promote Salesforce and other IT services to prospective customers
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular reporting on sales activity

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in Salesforce, CRM, or IT services)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand technical services and propose effective solutions
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM tools is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
