Sales Support – Advertising Marketplace (US Client)

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Salesperson to join our team and drive growth by building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering signage and advertising solutions to clients. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, communication, and digital advertising trends.

Key Responsibilities:

· Research and identify new business opportunities via online platforms, directories, and outreach tools.

· Prepare customized mails then follow up with clients consistently and set appointments effectively.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of leads, interactions, and sales progress.

· Generate daily/weekly sales reports for internal stakeholders.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outreach strategies and improve lead quality.

· Stay informed about the advertising marketplace, competitor products, and pricing.

Requirements:

· Freshers are welcome, prior experience in client servicing, or lead generation is an advantage.

· Graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or MBA.

· Excellent written communication skills (mandatory for email-based outreach).

· Comfortable with future cold/warm outreach if required.

· Proficient in basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player mindset.

Additional Preferred Traits:

· Adaptable to US time zones (or overlapping hours).

· Ability to learn advertising and signage industry terminologies quickly.

· Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
