Role Description

This is on-site role for a Sales Support executive located in Gurugram. The Sales Support staff will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer interactions, providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling administrative tasks. Daily tasks include processing orders, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, coordinating with other departments, and resolving customer inquiries promptly. This is a desk job

Qualifications

• Preparing the quotations, invoices, and other documents related to Sales and interacting with Customers/ suppliers would be 90% of this job profile
• Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
