About the Role:

As a Service Engineer, your primary role is to ensure that our company's products are installed, maintained, calibrated and repaired efficiently to meet customer needs. You'll be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers, diagnosing equipment issues, and implementing solutions to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.


Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Install, set up, and configure company products at customer sites according to specifications and guidelines.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and longevity.
  • Respond to service calls and inquiries from customers regarding product malfunctions or performance issues.
  • Diagnose equipment problems through troubleshooting techniques and analysis of technical data.
  • Repair or replace faulty components or parts to restore equipment to working condition.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of products.
  • Document service activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and engineering, to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Stay updated on product updates, technical advancements, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations during service activities.


Candidate Requirements :

  • ITI (Any technical course);diploma engineering or should have undergone any professional training or hands on experience on resolving the technical matters
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a technical service or support role, preferably in the field of testing machine / Lab Equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze technical problems effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet service deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
