Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in medical equipment sales to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities while promoting our comprehensive range of medical equipment solutions.

Sales

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or market segment

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including physicians, department heads, procurement managers, and hospital administrators

Present and demonstrate medical equipment features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Customer Relationship Management

Conduct regular follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional opportunities

Address customer concerns and coordinate with technical support teams for issue resolution

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities

Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to network and generate leads

Administrative Duties

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management

Process orders and coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through continuous training

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree (Graduate)

Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in medical equipment or healthcare industry

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Experience selling to hospitals, clinics, surgery centers, or other healthcare facilities.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of medical equipment functionality and applications

Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements

Core Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong presentation and negotiation abilities

Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for healthcare environment

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory

Travel Requirements

Position requires regular travel within assigned territory to visit customers, attend meetings, and participate in trade shows. Overnight travel whenever required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
