Job Description

Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits.
Manage walk-in and inquiry clients by providing detailed information on properties and projects.
Schedule and conduct property/site visits, and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
Present and explain property features, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
Negotiate deals, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure successful deal closure.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations.

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.
Prior experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.

Work Timings:

6 days a week (including weekends), with one weekday off.

We will conduct only face to face rounds of interview (offline basis)
