About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern Sales to join our team and support various sales activities. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or students looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, client relationship management, and lead generation. Youll work closely with the sales team and get exposure to real-world selling strategies, customer interactions, and CRM tools.professionals.

Responsibility

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through online research and outreach.
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communications.
  • Help manage and update the CRM system with accurate client and prospect data.
  • Conduct follow-ups with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Participate in client meetings and calls (where applicable) to observe and learn.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Gather feedback from clients to help improve product/service offerings.
  • Prepare sales reports and track key metrics under supervision.

    Requirements
    • Must achieve assigned targets and KRAs within defined timelines.
    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
    • Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
    • A self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
    • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
