Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities. This includes overseeing the marketing department and providing guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities, monitoring and analyzing market trends, preparing and managing the marketing budget, and conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns, and knowledge of market research
• Skills in content creation, digital marketing, and social media management
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, and basic understanding of HTML and web analytics
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the sales industry is a plus
