Job Description

Job Title: Manager – Sales / Pricing

Location: Ahmedabad

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales / Pricing Manager with a strong understanding of international logistics. The ideal candidate should possess excellent market knowledge, a robust client network, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through lead generation and successful client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Generate leads and secure new clients to expand the company’s customer base.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.

Collaborate with the pricing team to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.

Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics sales and/or pricing.

Strong industry knowledge and market exposure in freight forwarding and logistics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Title: Sr. Executive – Pricing

Location: Ahmedabad

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and well-connected Sr. Executive – Pricing to manage freight pricing activities with efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with MLOs/NVOs and possess excellent negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update pricing tariffs for worldwide destinations.

Negotiate competitive rates with MLOs (Main Line Operators) and NVOCCs.

Ensure pricing accuracy and competitiveness in line with market standards.

Collaborate with the sales and operations team to support client requirements.

Monitor industry pricing trends to ensure up-to-date rate structures.

Meet internal deadlines for pricing submissions and customer proposals.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing within international logistics.

Strong negotiation skills and existing relationships with shipping lines and NVOs.

Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics software/tools.
