Job Title: Sales Manager / Sales Head Location: Hyderabad, India Company: Nesto Design Studio Industry: Architecture & Interior Design Employment Type: Full-Time (Incentive-Based Role) --- About Us: Nesto Design Studio is a growing and passionate architecture and interior design firm dedicated to creating beautiful, functional, and client-focused spaces. We work with residential and commercial clients to transform spaces into inspiring environments. With creativity at our core, we’re now expanding our sales team to drive growth and client engagement. --- Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Manager or Sales Head who thrives in building client relationships, driving revenue, and shaping the business strategy. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and contributing to the business's long-term success. This role offers performance-based incentives in addition to a fixed salary, making it ideal for a self-motivated individual looking to grow with a creative company. --- Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial sectors. Build strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, and real estate consultants. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits with the design team. Provide regular sales reports and market insights to leadership. Represent the brand professionally at all times and build long-term relationships. --- Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, architecture, real estate, or luxury products. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. Passion for design and aesthetics is a plus. Goal-driven with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Fluent in English and regional languages (as needed).
