Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team (counselors and executives) to achieve admission targets.
  • Plan and execute effective sales strategies for offline and online student acquisition.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve pitch and performance.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to maximize conversion.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and feedback loops.
  • Ensure high-quality counseling and follow-up for student prospects.
  • Participate in education fairs, webinars, and campus drives.
  • Maintain CRM system with accurate lead and student data.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in EdTech/Training/Admissions/Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
