Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales operations across

    Sangli, Kolhapur, and Satara

    .
  • Lead the

    product launch

    in new territories and ensure

    post-launch sustenance

    .
  • Plan and execute

    consumer trial activities, retail promotions, and BTL campaigns

    .
  • Identify, appoint, and manage

    distributors and retailers

    .
  • Drive

    primary and secondary sales targets

    in assigned territory.
  • Track sales performance using

    Advanced Excel tools (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.)

    and prepare market reports.
  • Maintain strong relationships with trade partners and internal teams.
  • Ensure effective

    market coverage and visibility

    through retail and rural activation.

Candidate Profile:


  • Minimum

    10 years of experience in FMCG Sales

    , especially in Sangli.
  • Proven track record of

    territory development, team handling, and distributor management

    .
  • Strong command over

    MS Excel and sales data analysis

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and people management

    skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territories.
  • Language proficiency in

    Marathi & Hindi

    preferred.
