Job Title: Sales Manager / Executive (Digital Marketing Role)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Executive to join our growing Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and managing client relationships while understanding and promoting digital marketing solutions such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, PPC, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Pitch digital marketing services to potential clients based on their business needs.
  • Conduct meetings with prospects to understand their requirements and present suitable digital marketing solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts to clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to stay updated on service offerings and campaign performance.
  • Track sales metrics and report performance to senior management.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or IT services sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an agency environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of website development and online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
