Sales Lead Experience: 3.5-5 years in Facility Management / Housekeeping | Location: Pune

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead to drive business growth and expand our client base in the facility management sector. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections and proven experience in B2B sales within facility management, with established relationships with HR departments, architects, PMCs, and property managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives and drive revenue growth for facility management services
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including HR heads, architects, PMCs, and property managers
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
• Prepare and present compelling proposals for housekeeping, deep cleaning, and landscaping services
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Represent MAI at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the facility management industry
• Strong existing network within the facility management ecosystem
• Established relationships with HR departments, architects, PMCs, and property managers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
