Sales Lead

As a Sales Lead with 3.5-5 years of experience in Facility Management / Housekeeping based in Pune, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth and expand the client base within the facility management sector. You should leverage your strong industry connections and proven track record in B2B sales to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as HR departments, architects, PMCs, and property managers. Your key responsibilities will include leading sales initiatives to boost revenue for facility management services, cultivating and sustaining relationships with decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing existing client relationships. You will be required to create persuasive proposals for services like housekeeping, deep cleaning, and landscaping, collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities will also be part of your role, along with providing regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the facility management industry and have a robust network within this ecosystem. Your ability to communicate effectively, deliver engaging presentations, and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders will be crucial for your success.
