Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Growth Executive, located in Noida. The Sales Growth Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing sales strategies to drive growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and negotiating contracts. The executive will work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and ensure a cohesive approach to driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 Months experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
• Strong skills in market research and data analysis
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the talent management or marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree any
