Job Description

About the Role: Texo Prefab World is hiring a driven and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in selling prefabricated container structures—including container homes, prefabricated site offices, portable cabins, and modular units. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who understands the prefab industry and is passionate about providing fast, flexible, and sustainable space solutions. As part of our growing commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating leads, and closing sales across sectors such as construction, real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, and government. Key Responsibilities: Identify new sales opportunities for container-based prefab solutions (homes, site offices, worker camps, portable toilets, etc.) Understand client requirements and recommend the best-fit product or customized solution Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical documentation to clients Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations as needed Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and decision-makers Stay up to date on market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Compensation & Benefits: ₹20,000 per month fixed salary Attractive incentives and commissions based on performance Reimbursement of travel and client-related expenses Opportunities for growth within a fast-scaling company Supportive team environment with hands-on industry exposure Required Qualifications: 2–4 years of proven experience in sales of prefabricated container structures or modular units Strong technical understanding of prefab construction systems Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Target-driven with a strong sense of accountability and self-motivation Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales within construction, real estate, or infrastructure industries Proficiency in CRM tools and basic technical documentation Bachelor’s degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred) Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu Compensation & Benefits: ₹20,000 per month fixed salary Attractive sales incentives and performance-based commissions Travel and client-related expenses can be covered Career growth opportunities in a fast-expanding organization Collaborative work environment with industry-leading professionals Why Join Texo Prefab World?
