Sales Manager

Role Description: • Act as the technical advisor and product expert for clients on-site, helping translate their requirements into practical prefab solutions • Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and architects to develop and present customized proposals • Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and feasibility studies to support the sales process • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders • Prepare and review project documentation, drawings, and quotations • Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure accurate delivery and installation • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to foster repeat business and referrals Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings. Qualifications: • 1-4 years of proven experience in prefabricated homes or modular units • Sales Engineering skills • In-depth knowledge of the specifications and technical details of various prefab products Technical Support and Customer Service experience • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related field • Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience • Strong Communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu and presentation skills • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non- technical customers • Proactive, self-motivated, and client-focused with strong problem-solving skills • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Salary: *30,000 per month + incentives + commissions + expenses
