Job Description

Purpose of the Role

The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving housing and mortgage loan sales by acquiring new customers, nurturing relationships, and guiding them through the loan process. This role is pivotal in expanding Simplify’ s reach and impact in the home loan segment by delivering value-driven financial solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads for housing and mortgage loans through various channels.
  • Educate potential customers on Simplify’ s loan products, eligibility criteria, and process.
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products.
  • Assist customers in documentation, application submission, and loan processing.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, and referral partners.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and changes in housing finance regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in the CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • MBA or PGDM (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of sales experience in Housing Loan / Mortgage / Financial Services / Banking industry.
  • Freshers with strong communication and passion for field sales can also be considered.

Industry Experience:

  • Preferably from NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies, Real Estate, or Banking sector.

Computer Skills:

  • Basic MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital loan origination systems is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving approach.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results driven.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of home loan/mortgage loan products and documentation.
  • Local market knowledge and willingness to travel for field sales.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Existing network with builders, agents, and DSA channels.
  • Fluency in regional languages alongside English and Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,772.50 - ₹34,418.22 per month
