Job Summary:

We are hiring a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to promote and sell AdBlue (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) to commercial vehicle users, transporters, fleet operators, and service centers. Candidates with prior experience in automobile or commercial vehicle sales are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers such as fleet owners, transporters, garages, OEMs, and fuel stations

• Promote the benefits and usage of AdBlue in compliance with BS-VI emission standards

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners

• Conduct field visits, product demos, and client meetings to drive sales

• Generate leads through market visits, referrals, and cold calls

• Regularly follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders

• Meet monthly sales targets and prepare daily/weekly sales reports

• Provide post-sale support and coordinate with logistics for smooth deliveries

• Stay updated with emission norms, market trends, and competitors’ offerings

Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in automobile, commercial vehicles, or lubricants/DEF)

• Knowledge of AdBlue or BS-VI compliance is an advantage

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

• Willingness to travel within assigned territory

• Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (if fieldwork is required)

Salary Range: 20,000 to 30,000

Incentive : performance based incentive and bonus
