One27 Capital is dedicated to providing innovative, customized financial products and services that promote growth and stability. 🚨 We're Hiring – Sales Executive (Loan Services)📍 Location: Trimurti Nagar, Nagpur🏢 Company: One27 Capital🕜 Time: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)Sundays will be off unless pre-approved for a campaign or follow-up event.We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Sales Executives in the Loan Services domain!💼 Job Type: Full-Time🎓 Education: Any Graduate (B.Com / MBA preferred)🧑‍💼 Experience: Fresher / Experienced💰 Salary: As per industry standards + attractive incentivesRole & Responsibilities- Identify potential customers for financial products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.- Pitch and explain loan services to walk-in clients, referrals, and leads generated by telecalling or marketing team.- Conduct field visits when required to close deals or collect documents.- Maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.- Coordinate with internal teams for processing, documentation, and loan disbursement.- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.- Stay updated with loan market trends, eligibility criteria, and competitor offerings.Rules & Regulations for Sales ExecutivesGeneral Conduct1. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.2. Maintain polite, persuasive, and confident communication with clients.3. Respect client privacy and do not share sensitive information outside the organization.4. Dress code must be neat and professional during office hours and field visits.- Performance Standards1. Daily follow-up with minimum 15-20 prospects or leads.2. Minimum monthly conversion target to be set by management based on experience.3. Weekly progress review with team leader or manager.4. Timely submission of field reports and client updates.Discipline1. Any false commitments to customers will lead to disciplinary action.2. Personal phone use should be limited during work hours.3. Avoid any conflict with teammates or customers; report to manager in case of any issues.4.
