Key Responsibilities:Β 

βœ… Drive sales of organic farming solutions, polyhouse structures, and related agricultural products within assigned regions.Β 

βœ… Identify potential customers, including farmers, agri-businesses, and distributors, and develop strong relationships with them.Β 

βœ… Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive market engagement.Β 

βœ… Provide product demonstrations, explain benefits, and offer technical guidance to prospective clients.Β 

βœ… Gather market insights on competition, pricing, and customer needs to help refine sales strategies.Β 

βœ… Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.Β 

βœ… Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.Β 

βœ… Represent the company at agricultural events, exhibitions, and field days.Β 

βœ… Promote sustainable and organic farming practices as part of the company’s core mission.Β

Requirements:Β 

βœ” Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agribusiness, or a related field.Β 

βœ” Minimum 1 years of experience in agricultural product sales or business development, freshers can apply.Β 

βœ” Strong knowledge of the agriculture market, especially in open vegetable crops and polyhouse structures.Β 

βœ” Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Β 

βœ” Target-driven mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach.Β
