Sales Executive

About Us: Inditherma Private Limited is a fast-growing enterprise based in Kolkata, engaged in the trading of iron products and now expanding into the manufacturing of packaged drinking water under the brand name Trsna. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to build a strong on-ground sales team across key regions of West Bengal. Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive field sales, distributor onboarding, and retail channel development for Trsna in Kolkata, Midnapore, and Bankura. The role requires local market knowledge, strong communication skills, and a hunger to grow a consumer brand from the ground up.\ Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard distributors, stockists, and wholesale partners in assigned territory Develop retail presence by appointing and managing local kirana stores, departmental stores, and general trade outlets Build relationships with hotels, restaurants, and institutional buyers (HORECA segment) Generate daily field leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain account hygiene Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback Execute local marketing initiatives, product demos, and placement drives Submit daily sales reports and field activity updates Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG/Beverage sales preferred Prior exposure to packaged drinking water or food & beverage industry is a plus Strong local knowledge of Kolkata, Midnapore, or Bankura regions Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license Good communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork Basic proficiency in mobile apps and sales reporting tools Education:Minimum Qualification: 10+2 Graduate preferred but not mandatory if experienced Compensation:Fixed Salary + Incentives + Travel Allowance Industry-standard package with performance-linked rewards How to Apply:Email your CV to info@inditherma.com with subject line: “Sales Executive Application – [Preferred Location]”
