Key Responsibilities

• Understand and articulate NeoITO’s software products and services to potential clients.
• Communicate technical concepts in a simplified way for non-technical audiences.
• Actively listen to client needs and provide relevant solutions.
• Assist in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Support lead generation, outreach campaigns, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
• Maintain CRM tools and sales documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics.

• Prior internship or project experience in a sales/marketing role is a plus.
